We carefully inspect every item before shipment, but if you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at info@merrybath.com within 30 days of purchase with your name, order number, and reason for return.
- Returns must be authorized in advance before sending any items back. No exchanges.
- Merchandise that has been used, opened, altered, with or broken missing seal will not be accepted for return or exchange. Personal care items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Scent preference is subjective, and we understand it can be difficult to choose a fragrance online. If you wish to return a product due to personal preference, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Shipping fees are nonrefundable unless we made a mistake with your order (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product).
