We process orders quickly, within 24 hours on weekdays, and ship via USPS or UPS from Tampa Bay, Florida.

We ship within the United States only.

Contiguous 48 States:
Flat rate standard shipping is $6.99 (3–6 business days). Orders of $79.00 or more ship free!

Hawaii, Alaska & US Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, etc.):
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination via USPS. Free shipping does not apply to these locations.

We do ship to P.O. Boxes (USPS).

Once the package is ready to ship, we will email you the notification with the tracking number.

Delivery time is about 2–5 business days (contiguous US only).

Shipping Address Policy

MerryBath.com is not responsible for items that could not be shipped to their destination because of an incorrect or undeliverable address.

It is the responsibility of the customer to review their shipping address and information for accuracy before completing the purchase. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect address (unless we made a mistake).

If the package is returned to us (due to undeliverable), we will not reship the products, but will issue a refund. It will be a full refund minus the actual shipping fee (not the discounted flat rate).

Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

Stolen / Missing Package Policy

MerryBath.com will not be held responsible in the event where your package is believed to be stolen or goes missing after the carrier marks it as delivered.

If you believe your package has been stolen or misplaced, it is up to you to file the claims with USPS or UPS, and file a police report if necessary. MerryBath.com will not issue refunds or replacements once the package is marked as delivered by the courier.
