What's changing with my account?
We've upgraded to a new, easier sign-in experience. You'll no longer need to remember a password—just use your email address to access your account.
Do I need to create a new account?
No! Your existing account is still active. All your order history, saved addresses, and account information have been automatically transferred.
How do I sign in now?
- Go to the sign-in page and enter your email address
- Click "Continue"
- Check your email for a 6-digit verification code
- Enter the code to access your account
What happened to my password?
You no longer need a password! Each time you sign in, we'll send a secure one-time code to your email. This is actually more secure and means one less password to remember.
I'm not receiving the verification code. What should I do?
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Make sure you're entering the correct email address
- Wait a minute and try requesting a new code
- If you still have trouble, contact us and we'll be happy to help
Can I still view my past orders?
Yes! All your order history is still available in your account, exactly as before.
